At BNP Paribas, we’re proud of the different clubs on offer for employees to join! But we want to make sure there’s something for everyone, so if you want to set up a club that isn’t currently running, then you can find out how to do so here!
As a club lead, you’ll have a few additional responsibilities in order to make sure your club runs as smoothly and successfully as possible. These are:
- To be the key point of contact for anybody who expresses an interest in joining your club, and manage communications with existing members
- To continuously promote inclusion and encourage widespread engagement with all your club activities, and act as voice for any club members who express any concerns.
- To be responsible for booking the necessary facilities for club activities, with the support of the Sports and Social team
- To be responsible for spending the club budget, with the support of the Sports and Social team, whether this be on facilities, kit and equipment, or ad hoc activities.
- To ensure that club members maintain and treat all equipment purchased with respect.
- To support the Sports and Social team where possible, with any Sports and Social club promotional activity.
- To keep your ‘Sports and Social Hub’ content up to date and relevant.
- Where applicable, to work together with fellow club leads and the Sports and Social team to implement and evaluate internal Sports and Social initiatives.
Most of all, we want you to be enthusiastic about your club and activity, and be willing to organise and arrange activities for your members.
